ONLINE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PLAYERS AND ALL VOLUNTEER POSITIONS

New to Manzanita Little League?
If you are new to Manzanita Little League, the first step for registration is to create a Parent Profile. Click Register to create a new parent profile. Once the Parent Profile is completed, you will need to create a Player Profile for each player being registered.

Have an Existing Profile?
Prior to registration, please make sure to review your parent profile for any changes in information including phone number, address, and email. Click Login to access your existing profile. The Parent Profile is used to communicate with parents throughout the season. It's important that all information is accurate and up to date. 

Important Documents
1.  All players are required to provide a copy of their birth certificate to complete registration. 
2.  Players League Age 7 or younger, no additional documentation for Proof of Residency or School Enrollment is required. To confirm your players League Age, please use the League Age link on the Home page.
3.  Players League Age 8 that registered for Manzanita Little League for the previous 2025 season, no additional documentation for Proof of Residency or School Enrollment is required.
4.  Players League Age 9 and older are required to complete Proof of Residency OR School Enrollment requirements. Please refer to the Proof of Residency checklist. To utilize School Enrollment to complete registration, an official school enrollment document or the Little League School Enrollment form must be completed. 
**If your player participated in All Stars for the 2025 Little League Tournament, no proof of residency or school enrollment documents are required. 

ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS MUST BE UPLOADED INTO THE SPORTS CONNECT PROFILE BY MARCH 1ST.

Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted by February 1st and will be granted in full. Refunds requested after February 1st will be granted at the discretion of the Board.
